The three most popular ones are -  living in halls which can be great for meeting new people but can be very noisy and gives little privacy - sharing a house with friends can be lots of fun but can also be more expensive as bills are not included and cleanliness of shared areas can be a problem - living in a house with a live-in landlord is often a quieter option which makes it easier for studying, bills are included which often makes it cheaper than other options but although you can come and go as you like, you have to be more considerate as to not disturb your landlord too much.
